SERVICE DESIRED: Spokane County desires to retain on-call services from an engineering consulting firm who is qualified and experienced in providing stormwater program support, including research to assist in the advancement of stormwater research projects. Research experience should include preparing proposals and Quality Assurance plans, implementation of the research, and preparation of associated progress and final reports. Stormwater treatment is a relatively new and rapidly developing field.
