Special and Technical provisions of this bid document apply to Washington County where the word County, Department or Agency is used.The work to be done under this Contract consists of the following in Washington County:Implement temporary traffic control and temporary pollution control measuresTrim vegetation adjacent to and above the roadway related to the contract operationsPerform Pavement RepairsPerform Cold Plane Pavement RemovalPlace Level 2, 1/2" Dense ACP on Washington County roadsPlace Level 3, 1/2" Dense ACP on Washington County roadsReplace traffic signal loopsPlace pavement markings as requiredAdjust utilitiesAdditional and incidental Work as called for by the SpecificationsThe Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract for 175th Avenue, Butner Road, Pacific Avenue, and Park Way not later than September 1, 2024. All Work to be done under the Contract is to be completed not later than September 30, 2024.The Project cost range is $2,500,000 - $3,500,000.
