Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control and erosion control measures.2. Protect fish, wildlife, and vegetation.3. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions.4. Remove cast-in-place concrete culverts and replace with split precast concrete box culverts.5. Construct roadway improvements including aggregate base, ACP, guardrail, and signs.6.
