This Contract is for reconstructing Buxton Lookout Road, which is a County maintained road that is currently un-passable to vehicular traffic. This road will require full reconstruction in order to achieve a passable road. Work will include but is not limited to Clearing and Grubbing, Grading, Excavation, Culvert Installation, Ditching, and Aggregate placement and road shaping.The finished product should achieve a passable road to passenger vehicular traffic following the guidance of County provided plans, specs and field directives. Construction should also address drainage and discharge of roadway and ditch runoff.
