INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS Your attention is directed to the following interpretations of, changes and additions to the RFP Documents for the project, “100% Design and Construction Phase Services – CONRAC” at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) in Syracuse, New York. This Addendum constitutes part of the Contract Documents. Bidders shall carefully examine all items and determine for themselves what sub-bidders are affected, and notify all bidders or subbidders of clarifications, interpretations, or revisions affecting their work. The work described in this Addendum shall be in accordance with specifications for like items unless stated otherwise. 2. REPLACE: Update submittal due date to September 22, 2023 by 4pm. Update deadline for proposer questions/RFIs to September 15, 2023 by 4pm. These updates have been incorporated into a revised RFP document that incorporates all updates from Addenda #1, #2 and #3.
