The City is seeking proposals from qualified professional environmental analysis firms to establish a list of on-call firms to work on a variety of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as applicable, compliance assessments for private and public sector projects that are processed by the City, including private development applications and public works projects. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
