SEALED BIDS for MATERIAL BID NO. 2026-08 , FURNISH BASE COURSE, SAND, COLD MIX, HOT MIX, AND NO. 3F ROCK TO THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY, Districts – Entire Island, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, on an as needed basis, for a contract period starting July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until May 14, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. . when they will be publicly opened. Bids received or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. For each item, the lowest responsible bidder shall have a location in the district for the Department of Water Supply to pick up the material requested. The base course, rock, sand, hot mix and cold mix shall not be imported from another district. The undersigned also understands that they will be responsible to load the trucks supplied by the Department of Water Supply.
