Santee School District Bid Chet F Harrit Asphalt BASE BID: REMOVE ALL EXISTING ASPHALT IN RED SECTION ON MAP AND REPLACE WITH NEW MATERIALS PER SPECIAL CONDITIONS(See attached Ninyo & Moore) BID PRICE (IN WRITTEN FORM) BID PRICE (IN NUMBERS) Said Sum includes all applicable taxes and costs Said Sum includes all applicable taxes and costs $ Bid Add Option: REMOVE ALL EXISTING ASPHALT IN YELLOW SECTION ON MAP AND REPLACE WITH NEW MATERIALS PER SPECIAL CONDITIONS(See attached Ninyo & Moore) Option 1: Grind removed materials to spec and reuse as Base Material. $ Option 2: Import Base Materials. $ Replace/Install 2x8 headers $ TOTAL BID: Includes all Red, Yellow, areas with 8 inch base material and 4 inches of asphalt. Also included is striping in main playground and Kindergarten as well as 2 sesal coats for both areas plus the area between Red and yellow where asphalt remains. • • • $ Contractors shall follow all processes as written in the Geotechnical Report from Ninyo & Moore Contractor Shall base bid on traffic index 7 (Fire Lane) as indicated on Page 5 of the report Follow proper protocols for site subgrade preparation of the upper 12 inches and base compactions details.
