HARRITT, HILL CREEK, PEPPER DRIVE & SYCAMORE CANYON Bid No.: 2026-075-001 Date: May 14, 2026 Clarifications from Mandatory Job Walk AC Grindings Disposal-Chet F. Harritt School & Sycamore Canyon School It was stated during the job walk that asphalt concrete (AC) grindings generated from the work at Chet F. Harritt and Sycamore Canyon may be dumped at the Sycamore Canyon dirt lot. Concrete Removal- Hill Creek School It was stated during the job walk that the concrete at Hill Creek School is not part of the project scope. Fence Removal for Access-Chet F. Harritt School It was stated during the job walk that the Santee School District will remove the fence near the northern ramp at Chet F. Harritt School to allow truck access. Asphalt Section-Pepper Drive School It was stated during the job walk that all asphalt paving at Pepper Drive School (Fire Lane) shall consist of 4” of AC on 7” of base. Court Re-Striping Scope Clarification Only re-striping for courts (white, yellow, and blue striping) shall be included in the proposal. Any additional colorful maps, paw prints, stenciled objects, colorful sensory paths, or other decorative playground markings are excluded from the bid scope. All other terms and conditions of the Bid Documents shall remain unchanged.
