Each Proposal must conform and be responsive to this Notice Inviting Proposals, the Information to Proposers, and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. Contract documents are now available via email request to Jerry Guzman, Director of Information Technology at RFP@santeesd.net with the Subject Line RFP #2026-073-001. RFP documents are available via the District’s website at https://www.santeesd.net/bids and through USAC Form 470 Application No. 260001136 within the EPC Portal. All addenda and clarifications will also be posted to the same Form 470 record. All questions related to this RFP, including Substitution Requests, are to be submitted in writing on the form Request for Information or the form Substitution Request, via email with the Subject Line RFP #2026-073-001 Questions to RFP@santeesd.net by 1:00 P.M. PST on February 13, 2026. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda. Any clarifications resulting from questions will be posted on the Districts website as an addendum which can be found at: https://www.santeesd.net/bids and in the related Form 470 in the EPC Portal. Proposals shall be submitted to the Business Services Office of the Santee School District located at 9625 Cuyamaca Street, Santee, CA 92071.
