The City of Lodi (“City”) invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide on-call geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services. Services will be performed under an established fee schedule, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum workload. The selected consultant will perform geotechnical investigations, materials sampling, testing, and inspection services for various City projects and provide reports and recommendations as described in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
