RFI #5 DWG A-101 note 3 states “Existing Flooring and Wall bases to be removed..” Please confirm Existing floor to be removed is ceramic tile as the removal process is labor intensive and will affect demolition costs. Response to RFI #5 Yes, the existing floor is ceramic tile and will need to be removed.
