Response to RFI #1 This project requires prevailing wages. Certified payrolls are not required. RFI #2 Will there be power or data requirements for possible cubicles in the open office space, room 200, center area? Response to RFI #2 Yes, however, the individual “cubicles” will not have individual power and data brought to them. The tenant will be responsible for bringing power and data from the walls to the individual cubicles. RFI #3 Who would be responsible for the trenching for the 2 floor boxes. If Div. 16, Would core drilling to floor below and piping above the drop ceiling be an option? Response to RFI #3 No Floor boxes are required as a part of this project. The tenant plans to run electricity from the wall outlets using rubber or PVC cord covers similar to the existing space. RFI #4 As for the new data drop, will a new patch panel be needed or is there sufficient space presently available? Response to RFI #4 The tenant is responsible for all data drops in the space. RFI #5 Who would be responsible for the temperature control wiring for the new thermostat? I believe that is the only temperature control wiring need, correct me if I am missing something?
