Town of Surfside REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2020-07 Addendum No. 2 Date Issued: September 1, 2020 To All Proposers: Proposers for the above-referenced RFP shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions or clarifications to RFP No. 2020-07, which in accordance with the RFP Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise in the RFP. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE RFQ: 1. Budget for this RFP The Town currently pays $372,000 per year for the retainer services. Plus additional services. Answer: The current Town Commission has requested to re-procure to lower the cost of the annual retainer services. 2. Current Contract value and pricing. They may vary significantly from the actual quantities ordered by the Town. Payment shall be for the units ordered, placed, and accepted by the Town. The following work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to perform and maintain the Town's landscape maintenance needs for Town facilities and Public Right of Way in accordance with the Performance Standards, Technical Specifications and Scope of Services detailed herein. Price must be TYPED.
