PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS Members of the public may address the Board on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the District that is not listed on this agenda. The Board may briefly respond, ask clarifying questions, or refer the matter to staff, but may not discuss or take action on nonagenda items except as authorized by Government Code section 54954.2(b).
