Request for Pre-Qualification Documents&nbsp;&nbsp;Title:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Job Order Contracting for Mechanical Services &nbsp;The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;OCSD&rdquo; or &ldquo;COUNTY&rdquo;) invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Mechanical Services. All Contractors for the 2026-2027 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List.&nbsp;&nbsp;This Request for Pre-Qualification Documents is set out in the following format:&nbsp;SECTION I.
