Request for Pre-Qualification Documents  Title:     Job Order Contracting for General Building Services  The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as “OCSD” or “COUNTY”) invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for General Building Services. All Contractors for the 2026-2027 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List.  This Request for Pre-Qualification Documents is set out in the following format: SECTION I.
