Russell, City Clerk 4415 Center Street Acworth, Georgia 30101 (678) 801-4024 www.acworth-ga.gov IFB 2026-06 Acworth Due West/Ragsdale Road Multi Use Trail Project Addendum 4 August 7, 2026 The purpose of this addendum is to address questions that have been received regarding Invitation for Bids 2026-06 Acworth Due West/Ragsdale Road Multi Use Trail Project. The following questions were received, and the responses follow: 1. Request to clarify the bid line items, and CCWS work. a. Attached you will find an updated document which outlines all the bid pricing that must be submitted. Please submit the document in the order that you see in the attached document. CCWS did include adjustments to their infrastructure. That being said, there are no new lines that will be installed as part of the project. 2. Method of Award – See section 1.05 Method of Award 3. Permatrack Boardwalk Drawings a. The Permatrack Boardwalk drawings and specifications did not change. Bidders should use the drawings included in the original bid packet. Furnish all necessary labor, material and equipment to perform the work indicated, per contract documents and specifications for the Acworth Due West/Ragsdale Road Multi-Use Trail Contract for the City of Acworth, Georgia. Bidder is to fill in all blanks with prices. Failure to submit bids on all items shall be cause for rejection of the entire bid.
