Information published here becomes part of the solicitation and is official and final. Vendors are to acknowledge the receipt of all addenda in their submission. ITEM 1: VENDOR QUESTIONS RECEIVED AND ANSWERED: Q1. A1. Q2. A2. Will Ottawa County accept proposed revisions to the RFP and general terms and conditions as part of the proposal submittals? Yes, this would be acceptable. Does the County of Ottawa have an established budget or anticipated funding range for this project that it can share with prospective proposers? Ottawa County has not established a fixed budget for this project, currently. Rather than providing a budget that would create and possibly define parameters and scope or quality of proposals received, the County is intentionally seeking market-informed responses that reflect the true cost of delivering services as outlined in the RFP. Vendors are encouraged to develop budgets that are clear, well-justified, and grounded in the actual work required. The County expects that all proposed costs will be tied to specific deliverables and that proposers can speak to the rationale behind each element of their pricing. Ottawa County is committed to selecting a partner who understands our community's needs and takes seriously the responsibility of serving residents well. Proposals will be evaluated on overall value, and not simply on cost alone. Q3. A3. Does the County have a preferred timeline for project completion? Beyond what is outlined in the RFP and the milestones being shaped through the MMP process that may affect this RFP, the County does not have a fixed completion timeline at this time. As this project continues to evolve, additional timeframe considerations may emerge as new information becomes available. That said, the County places a high priority on timely and quality execution. Due to the growth and the safety needs of our ES Centers, we are hoping to receive this information sooner rather than later. Q4. A4. Q5. A5.
