ITEM 1: REVISION TO RFP DOCUMENT: After reviewing the RFP, it was noticed that the hyperlinks within the document were not working. An updated RFP has been attached below. Additionally, after review of Attachments A-C, it was noticed that a set of comments was left on the documents. An updated Attachments A-C has been attached below. Request for Proposal 26-059 Environmental Sustainability Center Strategic Planning Study The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Department of Public Health, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified consulting firms to conduct a strategic planning study for its Environmental Sustainability (ES) Program’s ES Centers. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current Environmental Sustainability Center (ESC) service delivery model, structure, and develop a comprehensive, evidence-based strategic plan to guide a transition from leased facilities to strategically located Countyowned sites that enhance operational efficiency, improve safety and compliance, expand service capabilities, and support long-term program sustainability. The selected vendor will assess operational, financial, and service delivery considerations and provide recommendations that address current system needs while establishing a framework for future growth. The selected vendor will receive a contract to complete the strategic planning study. By responding to this RFP, the Proposer agrees to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
