WASHINGTON COUNTY RECORDS STORAGE CENTER HVAC BID #052526-RHVAC – Addendum 1 BID DEADLINE EXTENSION AND CLARIFICATION: 1. Project #052526-RHVAC will extend the project deadline to Monday, June 15th 2026 at 11:00AM due to be received via mail or hand delivered prior to the time stated herein. All bids must be received in the Controller’s Office 95 W Beau Street, Suite 430 Washington PA 15301 with the bid number and vendor name present on the sealed envelope. 2. Are drawings required to include engineer’s stamp?: Engineered Drawings/Shop Drawings for the bidder submissions do not require engineer’s stamp upon bid opening prior to award. 3. How many amps of 480 will be available in the building: There was three phase coming in and was labeled as 480, upon review its is 240 three phase with a high leg and will comfortably handle another 100 amp breaker. NOTE: Further electrical evaluation is taking place to further clarify and will be distributed to all parties during the week of June 1st. The undersigned acknowledges receipt of the following Addenda and that the cost, if any, of such revisions has been included in the pricing submitted.
