The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (Metro Fire or the District), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified real estate brokers and their designated agent(s) (Proposers or Contractors) to provide real estate brokerage services (Services) to assist with the sale, purchase, or lease of real property located within the District’s jurisdiction on an as-needed basis. It is the intent of the District to seek a non-exclusive multiple award schedule for this service.
