HASA is an HCV-only housing authority administering the Housing Choice Voucher and related HUD-funded programs, including affiliated business activities and nonprofit entities. Legal services may include HUD and HCV program compliance, Fair Housing and landlordtenant matters; employment and governmental legal matters; procurement and contract review; board governance and nonprofit guidance; litigation and administrative representation; affordable housing and multifamily operations support. The anticipated contract term is one (1) year with options for annual renewals.
