All requirements of the original specifications and drawings shall remain in force except as notified by this Addendum. The following additions, changes, and clarifications modify the original bidding documents, and receipt of this addendum shall be acknowledged in the space provided on the proposal form. Such changes are to be incorporated into the Contract Documents to apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original documents. If this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the Specifications or a portion of any Drawings, the remainder of the paragraph of Drawing shall remain in force. NOTE: Provisions of all Contract Documents apply. CONTRACT DRAWINGS: A. Revisions to the Drawings a. None CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS: A. Revisions to the Specifications 1. SECTION 10 – ADVERTISEMENT a. DELETE the following: “A pre-bid conference has been scheduled in order to review the specific requirements of this contract. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Attendance at the pre-bid conference will be considered by the Authority when reviewing the qualifications of the contractor to perform the work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 8th, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Department of Aviation maintenance Building.” And REPLACE with: “Due to current circumstances, the general public will not be able to attend the bid opening in person. Any interested person or organization who wish to witness the bid opening can do so through a web based video/teleconference. Details of the web based video/teleconference scheduled for April 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
