ANSWER A cover letter is fine and does not count toward the 20-page limit. The RFP mentions the need to analyze Waze data (pages 5 and 7). Will Waze data be provided by the City? The RFP mentions analysis of traffic count data (page 5). How much recent count data does the City of Tucker have available and will this data be made available to the selected consultant? The City does not have existing Waze data. The City has a limited number of traffic counts and most are at least two years old. Additional traffic counts should be considered at intersections / corridors outside of the boundaries of the North/South Connectivity Study. Counts on Lawrenceville Highway will be covered under a separate, but concurrent project. 2
