NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that Washington County will be receiving sealed bids for “Summer 2026 JMPP materials”, for the furnishing of various quantities of Liquid Asphalt, Aggregate, Rock Lining, Bituminous Material, Petroleum Asphalt, Corrugated Metal and Plastic Pipe under the Joint Municipal Purchasing Program - at the Office of the County Controller, to be mailed or delivered to, 95 West Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington, PA 15301, until 11:00 A.M. Prevailing Time, on Monday, April 6th, 2026. All submissions shall contain one unbound original and two copies. Bids will be promptly opened at the time indicated above. Late submissions will not be accepted. The above-mentioned bid document may be obtained on or before March 5th 2026 from the Washington County website at Washington County PA: Official Website (washingtoncopa.gov). Vendors receiving documents and item sheet excel are responsible for checking for contract changes and addenda at the website. All bid pricing should be extendable to Washington County municipalities. Washington County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may email any written request for clarifications or bid documents to the Washington County Purchasing Office to Dalton Thompson at dalton.thompson@co.washington.pa.us or to Randy Vankirk at vankirkr@co.washington.pa.us. Any requests for clarifications are due to be received no later than April 1st, 2026. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or via phone.
