Town of Surfside RFQ 2025-04 Champlain Towers South Memorial Evaluation Committee Shortlist Summary (For Public Information Only) On Monday, January 26, 2026, the Town of Surfside Evaluation Committee convened in a duly noticed public meeting to evaluate Statements of Qualifications submitted in response to RFQ No. 2025-04 for the Champlain Towers South Memorial Project. Following completion of the evaluation process and tabulation of scores, the Evaluation Committee reached consensus to shortlist the firms for advancement to the next phase of the procurement process. Based on the final composite scores, the following firms were recommended as shortlisted and eligible to proceed to Phase Two (ITB No. 2026-02), listed in rank order: 1. 2. 3. 4.
