HASA is an HCV-only housing authority administering the Housing Choice Voucher and related HUD-funded programs, including affiliated business activities and nonprofit component units. Services shall be performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards; Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200); HUD auditing requirements; Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 The anticipated contract term is one (1) year with options for annual renewal.
