04 Addendum #4 AHS BLD F Replacement and Various Modernization Projects

ADDENDUM NO. 4 Design-Build RFP #26-04 Alhambra High School – Building F Replacement and Various Campus Modernizations Project Martinez Unified School District Martinez, California August 12, 2026 This addendum shall supersede all previously issued specifications, addenda, and drawings wherein this addendum contradicts previously issued documents. All other conditions remain unchanged. The following changes, modifications, corrections, clarifications, and / or additions as set forth herein shall apply to the above documents and shall be made a part thereof and shall be subject to all the requirements thereof as though originally specified and / or shown. GENERAL 4.01 Delete the requirement for a new 1,200-amp secondary electrical service. Provide a new 4,000amp electrical service as indicated on the revised electrical drawings issued with this Addendum. The new 4,000-amp service shall be the primary service to the site, with the existing service remaining in place and repurposed as a downstream distribution panel. The Project milestone schedule and all associated completion dates shall remain unchanged. PG&E has confirmed that the electrical service application previously submitted for the Project will remain active and will be revised to accommodate the new 4,000-amp service configuration. 4.02 The Utility Connection Fee Allowance is hereby increased to One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000). 4.03 The 4,000-amp switchgear equipment shall remain Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) as part of the base proposal. 4.04 Alternate No. 4 shall remain a part of the Project. The Alternate is hereby revised to apply to the 4,000-amp electrical switchgear shown on the revised electrical drawings issued with this Addendum.
