ADDENDUM NO. 3 Design-Build RFP #26-04 Alhambra High School – Building F Replacement and Various Campus Modernizations Project Martinez Unified School District Martinez, California August 5, 2026 This addendum shall supersede all previously issued specifications, addenda, and drawings wherein this addendum contradicts previously issued documents. All other conditions remain unchanged. The following changes, modifications, corrections, clarifications, and / or additions as set forth herein shall apply to the above documents and shall be made a part thereof and shall be subject to all the requirements thereof as though originally specified and / or shown. GENERAL 3.01 The Servery Room at Building C shall have a quartz epoxy flooring by Dur-A-Flex or approved equal. 3.02 The Design-Builder shall furnish and install the following hardware at all electronic access control gate locations, to include a power transfer and the rim cylinder necessary for the outside lever trim. Rim Cylinder Housing Schlage 20-740 626 WUNM Schlage PS902-KL-4RL-BBK 3.03 The District takes no exception to extending the page count for the RFP to 35 pages. 3.04 Staff Room – Alternate #1 Changes:    Design-Builder shall also include a separate price to replace all existing kitchenette casework with new plastic laminate casework as part of the breakdown for this alternate. New plastic laminate casework specifications shall follow the outline spec provided in this RFP. This alternate shall also include replacement of the existing sink with a new 23x18 and 10” deep stainless-steel sink and new hot and cold faucet to match building F. The Design-Builder shall remove the existing tall cabinet housing the water heater. The existing water heater shall be replaced with a new electric instant hot water heater, replumbed, and installed within a new over-refrigerator cabinet at the same location. This modification will allow the refrigerator shown on the plans, along with the required electrical and water connections, to be installed in the location currently occupied by the existing tall cabinet.
