The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services consisting of preparing a comprehensive Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) and Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (ICRP). This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter “Consultant(s)”), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”), and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
