Addendum #1: 4/13/2026: ******************************************************************************************************************* Ferris State University is inviting bids from qualified vendors for the furniture design and implementation in our newly constructed Jim Crow Museum sitting at the entrance of our Big Rapids, Michigan campus. The Project Scope is defined on Page 14 of the Front End Bid document and offers complete detail of the work to be provided, along with Attachment E. The Design Book, Furniture Specifications, and Floor Plans can be found as attachments in the bid files. Overview: This will be a phased project; Program Validation Furniture Design Furniture Procurement Installation Close Out & Warranty Period The project budget for furniture is $155,000. Total project budget includes, but is not limited to, design, fabrication, installation, moving and any other project related cost.
