It is the intent of the City of Fulshear to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Katy-Fulshear Lift Station Expansion and Force Main Replacement, from now on referred to as the “Project,” as specified herein and as in Exhibit B , which has been attached and incorporated hereto.
