It is the intent of the City of Fulshear to contract with one (1) vendor for all labor, equipment, and services necessary to complete the Term Contract for Utility Laboratory Services, from now on referred to as the “Services,” as specified herein and as in Exhibit B , which has been attached and incorporated hereto. The term of this contract is through March 31, 2027, renewable annually for (2) two additional terms with the term dates to be April 1 st through March 31 st under the same conditions if mutually agreeable by both parties.
