ANSWER Right of Way plans will be required for GDOT review. Individual Right of Way plats are required for City acquisition purposes. No. 2 Will Right of Way staking be required? 3 Will the two intersections be considered as separate projects for permitting and construction? On page 10 of the RFP, it states that the Prime Consultant or subconsultant MUST be prequalified by GDOT in these area classes: 3.02; 3.06; 3.07; and 3.09. Then it states that The Team (either the Prime Consultant and/or one or more of their sub-consultant team members) MUST be prequalified by GDOT in the additional area classes. Can you please confirm that all area classes listed can be fulfilled by both prime and subconsultant? Can firms include exceptions to the RFP Terms within the technical proposal?
