December 19, 2024 City of Mercedes ADDENDUM NO. 2024-023 (A) Request for Proposals for Drainage Pipe Installation Services Prospective Proposers and all concerned are hereby notified of the following changes in the Request for Proposals document for the above-listed RFP. These changes shall be incorporated in and shall become an integral part of the RFP documents. Section 1. General Description is being updated to read as follows: The City of Mercedes is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the INSTALLATION of approximately 1,320 LF of 60-inch Corrugated Pipe drainage system and the installation of three (3) storm drain manholes at Stable Estates as per the specs. The City of Mercedes already has the necessary pipe for installation. The project will include excavation, pipe installation, installation of three (3) manholes, backfill, and associated work to ensure proper drainage functionality.
