SEALED BIDS for SERVICE BID NO. 2026-02, WAIMEA WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP) SLUDGE REMOVAL , District of South Kohala, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until May 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Bids received after the time fixed for opening or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. The project generally consists of paying for all labor, materials, tools, taxes, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of settled sludge, from the Waimea Water Treatment Plant 2.7MG and 8.5MG reservoirs, and drying beds as needed, for a contract period starting from the date of the Notice to Proceed and ending June 30, 2028. Removal of the sludge is on an as-needed basis and the total cost throughout the duration of the contract shall not exceed $500,000.00. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder, or subcontractor, must possess current registration with the State Department of Health
