LEGAL NOTICE THE COLLEGE OF THE FLORIDA KEYS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, CONTINUING CONTRACT - MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS RFQ NUMBER: RFQ 2022-02 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOLLOWING PROCEDURES OF THE CONSULTANT’S COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION ACT, CHAPTER 287.055, LAWS OF FLORIDA The District Board of Trustees of The College of the Florida Keys (“Board”) is requesting submittals for Professional Architectural Services college-wide on a continuing basis. Services would include consultation/assistance for projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project under the contract does not exceed $4 million or for study activity if the fee for professional services for each individual study under the contract does not exceed $500,000. Architectural firms interested in being considered for selection can obtain a copy of the RFQ from The College of the Florida Keys website at https://www.cfk.edu/community-resources/bids-rfps-rfqs/ and from Demandstar at https:www.demandstar.com. Request for Qualifications shall be delivered to the Purchasing Manager office, Attn: Lucia CuCulino Facilities Department, 5901 College Road, Key West, Florida, 33040, no later than 3:00 p.m., April 22, 2022. The College will not be responsible for any delays in delivery. A public opening for RFQ 2022-02 will take place on April 25, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in Room A105 of the Key West Campus Administration Building. Any response to the RFQ received after the specified time and date will be considered late and unopened. Any response to the RFQ submitted orally, via e-mail or facsimile will not be accepted. The College reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the College. Publish Date: March 18th, March 25th, April 1st, 2022.
