The City of Branson, Missouri is soliciting Proposals for the installation of a complete gas-fired tube radiant heating system at Branson Fire Station 2. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to install the system within the existing 44-foot by 58-foot garage with a 16-foot ceiling. The project shall also include extension of natural gas service to the kitchen stove and exterior patio BBQ area, installation of an emergency gas shutoff system for the kitchen stove, installation of ceiling-mounted air circulation fans, and decommissioning of existing electric heating equipment. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable building, mechanical, fuel gas, electrical, and fire safety codes.
