It is the intent of City of Fulshear (hereinafter known as “City”) to solicit proposals from reputable vendors for Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals or RFP”) for selection of qualified Contractors (“Respondent”) to provide City-wide fleet preventative maintenance services to the City of Fulshear in accordance with the Scope of Work set forth herein. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 252 and the City of Fulshear procurement policies.
