Request for Proposals (RFP No. 26-016) – Prosecution Services The City of Kennewick is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to provide municipal prosecution services. The selected firm will represent the City in prosecuting misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor criminal cases in Benton County District Court and related appeals, including court appearances, trials, legal document preparation, and other prosecution-related services. The contract will be for an initial two-year term beginning on or before January 1, 2027, with an option to extend at the City's discretion. Qualified firms meeting the minimum experience requirements are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the RFP.
