ADDENDUM #1 RFP 26-016 SIDEWALK RESTORATION AND CONSTRUCTION 2026 This addendum is being issued to include additional qualifications required by Offeror on RFP 26-016: 1) Request for bid documents/plans regarding the project RFP 26-016-Sidewalk Restoration and Construction 2026. a) SECTION IV – PROPOSAL FORMAT 4.4 BID SHEET – Contractor shall supply their own bid sheet and submit bid sheet or contract to be signed with the overall lump sum of the project for the scope of work listed above in totality. b) No plans are available for the Sidewalk Restoration and Construction 2026 project. Bidders may view the designated locations at any time to take measurements and pictures to aid in assessing the cost. Attached to this Addendum #1 are maps with the designated areas highlighted. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
