The project consists of site preparation, monument sign construction and installation, lighting, and landscaping per the prescribed plans. Bids will be accepted until the date and time listed below and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid, conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the ITB, is the lowest in price. Addenda and updates to this bid manual will be posted on the City of Tucker website http://tuckerga.gov/bids, the DOAS/Georgia Procurement Registry Website or may be requested by emailing procurement@tuckerga.gov.
