ADDENDUM #2 RFP 26-015 2026 Stormwater Project This addendum is being issued to address a follow-up question submitted regarding RFP 26-014: 1. Is there a formal plan set, engineered drawings, profiles, or site exhibits available for this project? At this time, the City does not have a formal engineered plan set, drawings, profiles, or site exhibits for the project. Contractors will need to base proposals on the information provided in the RFP and site visits. 2. Are pipe inverts, existing pipe sizes, and tie-in elevations verified for each location? Pipe inverts and tie-in elevations have not been formally surveyed or verified by the City but pipe size has been. Contractors should plan to field-verify these conditions during the project. 3. Has any survey been completed for the project sites, including topography and drainage flow lines? No full survey has been completed for these locations. Topography and drainage flow information is based on existing conditions and City staff knowledge. 4. Are there known utility conflicts at any of the locations, or any available locate information beyond standard 811? Other than standard 811 locate information, the City does not have additional utility conflict data available. As always, contractors should coordinate utility locates prior to construction. 5. For the Andrew Jackson / Wilson Drive crossing, what are the pavement restoration requirements (full lane patch, trench patch, milling/overlay, etc.)? For the Andrew Jackson / Wilson Drive crossing, the City will require a full-lane patch over the disturbed area. If milling and overlay become necessary based on field conditions, that can be discussed during construction. 6. For Cedar Drive, are there standard details for the concrete flume, baffles, junction boxes, and headwall, or are contractors expected to design/build those items? For Cedar Drive, the City has provided standards and dimensions details for the concrete flume, baffles, junction boxes, or headwall. 7. Is dewatering anticipated or has there been any history of groundwater / storm flow issues at these locations? Dewatering may be necessary depending on weather and on-site conditions. While we have not encountered significant groundwater issues historically, some storm-flow management should be anticipated. 8.
