Bridgeton School District has recognized the need for support in executing the newly adopted five year strategic plan along with supporting district and building administrators in its successful implementation. Bridgeton Public Schools has a student population of approximately six thousand, one hundred sixty-three students and over one thousand staff members who are all an integral part of ensuring the success of the Bridgeton Public Schools strategic plan. The district requests the following services: The consultant shall work with the District Staff in monitoring and revising the District Strategic Plan when necessary. Assist the district in identifying best practices, gathering feedback, analyzing data, evaluating programs as it regards to the district strategic plan.Provide strategies for building district-wide cultural competency and relevancy as it relates to district strategic plan. <span class="normaltex
