GENERAL QUESTION BASED ON RFP Is it required to bid the entire project? Or, would we be allowed to bid solely on the leveling and laying of sod for the Playing Field Area? The City of Commerce is accepting bids for the entirety of the project only. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
