ADDENDUM #3 RFP 25-013 RIDLING FIELD RENOVATION This addendum is being issued to include additional qualifications required by Offeror on RFP 25-013: 1. GENERAL QUESTION BASED ON RFP Hello, I would like to inquire if there are any drawings on this project? I do see the bid documents but no drawings. Per Section 3.1 SPECIFICATIONS: Submit a site plan/civil drawing and building plans to the Planning & Development Superintendent for the City of Commerce. The plan will be reviewed and processed according to State and City guidelines. Any drawings are to be provided by the contractor awarded the job. Site information can be obtained at the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on July 15, 2025, at 10:30 am, local time to assist with specifics for pricing. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
