The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from one or more qualified Offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to furnish and provide Banking Services. The services shall be provided for the Chesapeake Land Bank Authority (CLBA), a public body corporate and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia.The CLBA requires the services of a competent, qualified firm to provide banking services on an as needed basis.
