ADDENDUM #9 RFP 25-012 JANITORIAL SERVICE CITY OF COMMERCE This addendum is being issued to include additional qualifications required by Offeror on RFP 25-012: 1. General question regarding RFP 25-012 • I was running dates and numbers to get monthly totals when I noticed that a few months will have 5 Tuesdays instead of 4. Would you rather have the bid in a weekly format instead or would we just invoice accordingly depending on the 4 or 5 week total? Invoices should be calculated on a monthly basis at a fixed rate per month regardless of the number of days in the month. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal.
