ADDENDUM #8 RFP 25-012 JANITORIAL SERVICE CITY OF COMMERCE This addendum is being issued to include additional qualifications required by Offeror on RFP 25-012: 1. General question regarding RFP 25-012 • Could you please confirm the days and provide service hours for cleaning for each of the locations: Cultural Center (232 Cherry Street) – Mondays & Thursdays approximately 9 a.m. start City of Commerce Administrative Complex (110 State Street) – 1st Floor - Mondays & Thursdays start after Cultural Center & end no later than 4 p.m. 2nd & 3rd Floors - Tuesdays & Fridays approximately 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. City of Commerce Library (1344 S. Elm Street) – Monday thru Friday approximately 10 a.m. start Commerce Recreation Dept/Utilities Bldg (545 Cedar Drive) – Tuesdays & Fridays approximately 5 p.m. Police Department (1491 S. Elm Street) – Tuesdays & Fridays approximately 2 p.m. start CID Building/Police Department (1527 S. Elm Street) – approximately 1,500 sq ft ***All dates and times are tentative and subject to change. This addendum should be signed and returned with your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being non-responsive.
